October fun!

On the 24th my parents, aunt, uncles, cousin, and friends went to the BYU game. We all sat in different areas, and I ended up sitting with my cousin and friends. BYU didn't do very well, but we had a fun time despite it was freezing cold!

On monday the 24th I went to my cousins FHE. It was dress up as you can tell, and there was a talent show. I dressed was a cowgirl, Amy was a kiss, Joanna was the queen of hearts, and Ally was Alice from Alice in wonderland.

Last night my cousin Ally and friends Joanna had a halloween party. I dressed up as Pippi Longstocking! I had a great time being surrounded by friends. We talked, played games, and ate pizza and candy! It was a great night!

For my Philosophy class I have to do 20 hours of community service. I am helping a lady who runs her own pet adoption. I called her today and asked her if there was anything could do to help her. She told me that I could take some pictures of puppies to put on her website so they will get adopted. Here are the pictures I took of these cute little guys!

A Trip home

Wednesday the 14th was the start of my fall break.

I was so eager to go home! I was missing my whole family so much. The drive home seemed long, and was a little lonely, but I made it! I didn't do too many things that were exciting but I didn't care; I just wanted to be with family and friends. On Thursday me and my mom were running some errands and we went into an antique shop that was downtown. It was so fun looking around in there. The best part was all the hats. I had a great time trying them and just being with my mom!

On Saturday I wanted to go to my cousin Kaleb, Deacon, and Kole's soccer games. I had a great time watching those boys played! They are all so different yet all so wonderful in their own special ways. Im so thankful for them. They all make my days better and brighter. I didn't get any pictures of the boys playing, but I of course got pictures of Ms. Kalie and a couple of Kaleb

Now I am back in provo and it's time to get back to reality.

The Best Family A Girl Could Ask For!

About a week ago, I got a package in the mail. I was so excited! I could not wait to open it and see what was inside! The package was from my parents, Steven and Brittany. It had so many goodies in it! It made my day! I have the best family EVER! I am so blessed and grateful to have them in my life!

I think that I may need to learn how to long board or get a razor scooter because

walking is the slowest.

First Day!

Today was my first day at UVU. I couldn't believe how many students were walking down the halls. I was scared that I was going to get ran over! My First Class was Aerobics and its all girls! I have to admit that I am thankful it's all girls because I wont have to worry about looking like a dork in front of guys! We only went over the Syllabus in the class and did some getting to know each other. My next class, which wasn't on my schedule yet, was Nutrition. Half the people were trying to add the class to their schedule like me. He was really nice and took a lot of people even though they had to sit on a counter in the back because there wasn't enough seats. My last class for today was institute! He is very nice and pretty funny too!

Tomorrow I have sociology, Math and Philosophy. Im sure we will just be going over the syllabus like I have in the other three classes. Wish me luck!

Why a blog?

I suppose it is kind of a tradition to say why you have started a blog. At least all the blogs I have looked at explain why they started one, so I suppose I will too. I started a blog because I moved away from home a couple of weeks ago. I wanted something where all my family and friends can see what I have, and will be doing in my new life! I love looking at all my friends and families blogs, so it sounded like a good option for me! I never really imagined me having my own blog, but I do and I am excited for all of you to follow me in my new adventures in life!
